Our sessions

To Begin:

To start our journey together - our first complimentary virtual session will be all about "Getting to know you", this will last about 30 minutes.

We will start about discussing why you would like to work with a Coach, it's all about making sure that this is the right path for you.   As part of the conversation, we will have an informal chat of what I offer, how I can help, and whether we can work together.

 

At the end of the chat, we can discuss if we want to move forwards including whether I am the right person for you and the aims of the future sessions.

Notes:

I am a Coach and if I think maybe Coaching isn't for you, or perhaps another Coach that's an expert in a specific field, then I will let you know.  I want this to be beneficial to you and your needs, and if you aren't going to get the benefits from me, then I will make sure you have the right support, as these sessions are solely about YOU. 

​

If we decide to move forwards, then we will look at the number of sessions you would like or feel that you need and whether this will be virtually, in person, walk and talk or a combination.

Types of session I offer:

I offer 3 types of sessions to suit you, this is dependent on what you feel comfortable with and what we will discuss.

​We can also do a mix of them, and can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

​

Option 1:  Online chat.

Up to 60 minutes on Google Meet, which means we can be anywhere to have our discussion.  Would recommend a safe space for your location. 

​

Option 2:  In person.

In my home office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire or I can come along to your location, workplace etc.

Option 3: Walk and Talk. 

Let's grab a cuppa and take a nice gentle walk in the outdoors (suggest up to 2 miles), this could be in my home town of Abingdon, Oxfordshire, or a location of your choice as it's nice to be able to explore in the great outdoors.

Why choose a walk and talk?

I find a walk and talk might be a less intense option to those who are new to coaching, or feel they just find it easier to chat walking side by side rather than face to face on a screen or in person.

Pricing:
  • 2 sessions: Intensive option but depending on your budget, barrier and time.  Cost is £100.

  • 4 sessions: Covers more ground, and we can really delve into the barrier and give you some long term plans.  Cost is £180.
